यह सेवा क्या है
किसान बाज़ार एक सूचना-पट्ट है जहाँ लोग उपज, बीज-खाद और ज़रूरतें पोस्ट करते हैं और एक-दूसरे को फ़ोन करते हैं। हम खरीदने-बेचने वाले के बीच पार्टी नहीं हैं। हम पैसा नहीं लेते-देते, माल नहीं पहुँचाते, और किसी सौदे की गारंटी नहीं देते। कोई कमीशन नहीं है।
आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी
- सही जानकारी डालें: असली माल, असली मात्रा और दाम। बिक जाने पर पोस्ट पर "बिक गया" लगाएँ।
- बीज, खाद और कीटनाशक वही बेचें जिनके लिए आपके पास कानून की माँगी हुई अनुमति या लाइसेंस हो। प्रतिबंधित या नकली सामान न डालें।
- गैर-कानूनी, धोखे वाली, दूसरों को परेशान करने वाली या दूसरे का नाम और नंबर उसकी हाँ के बिना डालने वाली पोस्ट न डालें। किसी और को डायरेक्टरी में जोड़ें तो पक्का करें कि उसने हाँ कहा है।
- अपना लॉगिन किसी को न दें। OTP किसी को न बताएँ।
सावधानी
माल देखे बिना एडवांस पैसे न भेजें। पहले मिलें या माल देखें। किसी भी लेन-देन का जोखिम आपका अपना है।
रिपोर्ट और हटाना
कोई भी पोस्ट पर "रिपोर्ट करें" दबा सकता है। तीन अलग लोगों की रिपोर्ट पर पोस्ट अपने आप छिप जाती है और मॉडरेटर देखते हैं। हम नियम तोड़ने वाली पोस्ट हटा सकते हैं और बार-बार तोड़ने वाले का खाता बंद कर सकते हैं।
जिम्मेदारी की सीमा
सेवा "जैसी है" वैसी दी जाती है। कानून जितनी छूट देता है, उतना हम लोगों की पोस्ट, उनके बीच के सौदों, या सेवा के रुकने से हुए नुकसान के जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
खाता मिटाना
आप कभी भी "मेरा" पन्ने से खाता और डेटा मिटा सकते हैं। देखें गोपनीयता नीति।
कानून

What this service is
Kisan Bazaar is a notice board where people post produce, farm inputs and needs, and call each other. We are not a party to any deal between buyer and seller. We do not handle money, deliver goods, or guarantee any deal. There is no commission.
Your responsibilities
- Post accurate information: real goods, real quantity and price. Mark a post "Sold" when it is sold.
- Sell seeds, fertilisers and pesticides only if you hold any permission or licence the law requires. Do not post banned or counterfeit goods.
- Do not post anything illegal, deceptive or abusive, and do not list someone's name and number without their agreement. If you add someone to the directory, make sure they agreed.
- Do not share your sign-in or your OTP.
Be careful
Do not send advance money without seeing the goods. Meet or inspect first. The risk of any transaction is yours.
Reports and removal
Anyone can press "Report" on a post. Three different people reporting a post hides it automatically until a moderator reviews it. We may remove posts that break these terms and close accounts that break them repeatedly.
Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for people's posts, deals between them, or loss from the service being unavailable.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data any time from the "Me" page. See the privacy policy.
